All our chairs arrive fully assembled — no flatpack, no tools. Just unwrap and enjoy.
UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (1–8 chairs)
1–4 chairs: £19.95
5–8 chairs: £39.95
Delivered via Parcelforce
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
Full tracking provided, including a delivery time slot on the day
Larger Orders (9+ chairs)
Delivered by a local specialist courier
Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days (depending on location)

Need It Sooner?
We may be able to arrange an expedited delivery, including for larger orders. Please contact us before placing your order.
Collection Option
You are welcome to collect your order from our Gloucestershire base. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to assist.
Change of Mind
You may return non-bespoke items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inform us of any faults or damage within 30 days of delivery. A replacement or repair will be arranged. Photographic evidence may be required.
Bespoke Furniture
Returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of order.
